pastor aaron bell
Pastor Aaron Bell is a gifted preacher and teacher of God’s word. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Next Level Church.
Pastor Aaron is originally from Gastonia, North Carolina. He holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Regional Planning, en route to a successful career in transportation planning. After accepting God’s call to enter the ministry, Pastor Aaron relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he earned a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University.

His background in ministry is vast and spans over two decades. His tenure includes serving as a Counselor, Small Group Leader, Teaching Pastor, Campus Pastor, and Associate Pastor.

Pastor Aaron has a heart to see people of different races and ages worship together, marriage and families made strong, and the gospel of Christ made real through the power of the Holy Spirit. His mission is to educate, equip and empower people to do Kingdom work. He lives and ministers by this motto: “There is more in Him.” Hence, the motto of Next Level Church is “taking you a step closer to where you need to be.”
Outside of serving God’s people, Pastor Aaron is an avid sports fan.  His hobbies include basketball, football, jogging, traveling, and playing UNO and checkers with his kids.  He is married to the love of his life, Lady Dione Bell; and they have two wonderful children, Arionna and Simeon Bell.

Lady Dione is a gifted bible teacher, conference speaker, and author of the book, From Worry to Worship. She is a founder of Next Level Church Columbia. Her heart is to see women healed from their past, encouraged in their present and equipped for their future.
Lady Dione holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She earned a Master's of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Clark Atlanta University. She is a National Board School Counselor and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator with over twenty years of experience in the public school system.
Although Lady Dione’s professional and spiritual acumen are exceptional, family means everything to her! She recognizes that her greatest accomplishment and first priority is being a wife to the love of her life, Pastor Aaron, and mother to their two children, Arionna and Aaron Simeon.
